Organizations using the platform are responsible for the accuracy and legality of exam content, candidate data, and result communications. The software is a tool - it does not replace professional judgment or regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.

You must not use the service to violate law, impersonate others, introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape data without permission.

Subject to these Terms, we grant your organization a limited, non-exclusive right to use the software for internal assessment purposes. Your operational data remains yours; the product, branding, and underlying software remain ours.
