Is there a separate admin login and candidate login?

No. Everyone uses the same Log in page. After authentication, the application detects your role and shows the appropriate menu - organization staff see the admin workspace; candidates see their portal.

How do candidates get access to an exam?

Your organization creates the exam, sets it to live, and publishes it to all confirmed candidates or a selected list. Candidates then see it in their portal when they log in.

Can exam timers be trusted?

Yes. Time limits are enforced on the server when candidates start and submit. The browser timer stays in sync with the authoritative server clock.

Can we export results and lists to Excel?

Yes. List screens and the results page include Export Excel, which downloads all records matching your current filters - not just the visible page.

How are permissions enforced?

The server checks permission codes for each module (read, write, delete). The UI reflects the same rules - users only see actions they are allowed to perform.
